- Combine softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, sea salt, and lemon zest in a bowl until well blended.
- Mix parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper for chimichurri, letting sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat broiler, place the steak on a rack inside a broiler pan, and broil for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to 130°F.
