- In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in 1 cup of rolled oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, folding gently until well incorporated.
- Fold in 1 cup of fresh blueberries, reserving some for topping later.
- Divide the mixture into two jars, filling them halfway.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of blueberry jam into each jar.
- Top each jar with the remaining oat mixture, covering the peanut butter and jam completely.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight, before serving.
- Before serving, stir well and add a splash of almond milk if too thick. Serve topped with reserved blueberries.
