  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter smooth or chunky, almond butter is an alternative
  • 1 tablespoon Low-Sugar Blueberry Jam or another fruit jam

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and whisk until smooth.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of rolled oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, folding gently until well incorporated.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of fresh blueberries, reserving some for topping later.
  4. Divide the mixture into two jars, filling them halfway.
  5. Spoon 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of blueberry jam into each jar.
  6. Top each jar with the remaining oat mixture, covering the peanut butter and jam completely.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight, before serving.
  8. Before serving, stir well and add a splash of almond milk if too thick. Serve topped with reserved blueberries.
