- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken breast with your favorite BBQ sauce, mixing until the chicken is thoroughly coated. Allow this mixture to rest for about 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fold in the coleslaw mix and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat. Spoon the BBQ chicken down the center, leaving about an inch of space at each edge.
