Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken breast with your favorite BBQ sauce, mixing until the chicken is thoroughly coated. Allow this mixture to rest for about 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fold in the coleslaw mix and set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Lay a flour tortilla flat. Spoon the BBQ chicken down the center, leaving about an inch of space at each edge.
  4. Layer a generous scoop of the creamy coleslaw over the BBQ chicken, and sprinkle on shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
  5. Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Continue the assembly with remaining tortillas using up all BBQ chicken and coleslaw mixture.
  7. For a polished look, slice each wrap diagonally with a sharp knife.
  8. Sprinkle the wraps with fresh chopped cilantro for a burst of herbal flavor. Serve immediately.
