Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped banana peppers, chopped roasted red peppers, and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  2. Lay a tortillas on a cutting board and spread 3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
  3. Layer 6 slices each of Genoa salami, ham, and pepperoni on top of the cream cheese spread.
  4. Add 2 slices of provolone cheese, followed by a few slices of fresh tomato and a handful of lettuce.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end, tucking in the filling as you go, and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch thick pinwheel shapes.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving, or serve immediately.
