  • 1 tsp Chili Powder adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled rotini pasta with corn kernels, halved cherry tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and fresh cilantro. Toss gently.
  3. Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and fold gently to coat everything evenly.
