  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F) and soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with pineapple chunks and bell pepper pieces.
  5. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches 165°F.
