- Slice the puff pastry into 9 x 2.5 cm (1 inch) strips using a ruler and pizza cutter.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly across the strips, leaving the top edge free.
- Sprinkle diced ham, pizza cheese, and parsley over the sauce-covered strips.
- Roll each pastry strip upwards into a pinwheel shape and place on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and puffy.
- Let the pinwheels cool on the tray for a few minutes before serving.
