Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Strong Green Tea: Boil water and steep two tea bags in 8 ounces of hot water for five minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. Fill the Shaker: Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the cooled strong green tea and grapefruit juice.
  3. Add Thyme Syrup: Include homemade thyme syrup to the shaker and measure carefully.
  4. Shake It Up: Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about five seconds.
  5. Strain into Glass: Fill a highball glass with fresh ice and strain the mixture into the glass.
  6. Top with Tonic Water: Gently pour elderflower tonic water into the glass and stir with a long spoon.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh thyme, a grapefruit slice, and edible flowers.
