Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Add diced onions and minced garlic to the beef, cooking until onions are translucent.
  4. Layer thinly sliced potatoes in the baking dish.
  5. Spread the beef mixture over the potato layer.
  6. Pour cream of mushroom soup evenly over the beef mixture.
