- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper. Mix gently.
- Divide the mixture into six portions, forming each into a patty with a slight indentation in the center.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop the bacon.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F (200°C), and oil the grates.
- Place patties on the grill, cooking for 4-5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- During the last two minutes of grilling, place a slice of cheese on each patty and sprinkle with chopped bacon.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
