Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper. Mix gently.
  2. Divide the mixture into six portions, forming each into a patty with a slight indentation in the center.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop the bacon.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F (200°C), and oil the grates.
  5. Place patties on the grill, cooking for 4-5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. During the last two minutes of grilling, place a slice of cheese on each patty and sprinkle with chopped bacon.
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
