Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting the chicken breasts into 1 to 1.5-inch pieces and dice the bell peppers and onions into uniform chunks. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the ground paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring until mixed.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, and hot sauce until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, add the chicken pieces and diced vegetables. Pour the marinade over them and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  6. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Then thread the chicken and vegetables onto the skewers.
  7. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
  8. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
  9. Once cooked, remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
