Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by cutting the chicken breasts into 1 to 1.5-inch pieces and dice the bell peppers and onions into uniform chunks. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the ground paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring until mixed.
- In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, and hot sauce until smooth.
- In a large bowl, add the chicken pieces and diced vegetables. Pour the marinade over them and toss until evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Then thread the chicken and vegetables onto the skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
For maximum flavor, marinate longer if possible and ensure even cuts for grilling.
