Method

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine cubes of beef steak, bell peppers, onion chunks, and mushrooms. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and optional paprika. Toss to coat evenly and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  3. Thread the marinated ingredients onto skewers, alternating steak, bell peppers, onion chunks, and mushrooms, leaving space between each piece.
  4. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the desired doneness is reached, with an internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to prepare the garlic butter.
  6. Once kabobs are done, remove from grill and brush generously with garlic butter.
  7. Serve hot with a side of grilled corn or salad for the best experience.
