For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter Rich base for the sauce.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 0.5 tsp Lemon juice Brightens the sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley Optional for garnish.
For Skewering (Optional)
  • 8 Wooden skewers Soaked in water.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15–30 minutes.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  4. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  5. Melt butter in a bowl and stir in garlic, lemon juice, and paprika. Mix well.
  6. Brush grilled shrimp with garlic butter sauce.
  7. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
