Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and baking equipment.
  2. In a sizable mixing bowl, combine ground beef, quick cook oats, milk, lightly beaten egg, and kosher salt. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into a loaf that is slightly flattened and oblong.
  4. Pour your favorite barbecue sauce generously over the top of the formed meatloaf and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 65–70 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 170°F (77°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
