- In a sizable mixing bowl, combine ground beef, quick cook oats, milk, lightly beaten egg, and kosher salt. Mix until well incorporated.
- Transfer the meat mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into a loaf that is slightly flattened and oblong.
