Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dice your onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Gather your canned tomatoes and olives.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook for about 7-10 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the diced onion and bell peppers to the skillet and stir frequently for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Next, stir in the minced garlic, canned tomatoes, cumin, oregano, and bay leaf. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Fold in the olives and allow them to warm for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
