  • 2 pounds Stew Beef Chuck or brisket for tenderness
  • 1 large Onion Chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Birria Seasoning Store-bought or homemade
  • 4 cups Beef Stock For rich broth
For the Noodles
  • 8 ounces Ramen Noodles Instant noodles are ideal
For Toppings
  • 2 pieces Boiled Egg Sliced
  • 1 medium Jalapeno Sliced
  • 1 medium Diced Onion Fresh
  • 2 pieces Lime Cut into wedges

Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare the stew beef by placing it in the slow cooker, ensuring it’s cut into uniform chunks. Layer with chopped onion and minced garlic.
  2. Sprinkle the Birria seasoning generously over the beef, then pour in enough beef stock to cover it completely.
  3. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 4 to 6 hours until the beef is tender and shreds easily.
  4. About 20 minutes before serving, add the ramen noodles to the broth, stirring gently to ensure they cook evenly.
  5. Ladle the Birria Ramen into bowls and top with boiled eggs, jalapenos, diced onions, and lime wedges.
