Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Chicken Cordon Bleu Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a meatloaf pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a medium skillet, add olive oil and sauté the chopped onion for 5-7 minutes until soft. Add minced garlic for another minute.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, parsley, egg, pepper, and salt, then fold in the cooled onion and garlic mixture.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture onto parchment paper to form a rectangle about ¾ inch thick.
  5. Layer thin slices of deli ham over the chicken mixture, then add Swiss cheese on top.
  6. Roll the chicken mixture using the parchment paper, then place seam side down in the prepared meatloaf pan.
