  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Cold Water

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes and place into the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, tossing to coat evenly.
  3. Scatter the butter pieces over the seasoned steak.
  4. Add minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce to the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on Low for 3-4 hours or High for 1.5-2 hours.
  6. Prepare cornstarch slurry by mixing cornstarch with cold water until smooth, then stir into the slow cooker after cooking.
  7. Cover and set to High for an additional 10-15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  8. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
