  • 3 cloves Garlic fresh, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste

  • 1 teaspoon Sugar can use honey or brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water beef broth for richer flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, sugar, and water. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Slice the sirloin beef steak into thin strips and coat it thoroughly in the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and sauté for 3–5 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and sear for 5–7 minutes until tender. Pour in the leftover marinade and simmer for an additional minute.
  3. Remove from heat, garnish with black pepper and fried garlic chips, and serve hot over steamed rice.
