- In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, sugar, and water. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Slice the sirloin beef steak into thin strips and coat it thoroughly in the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and sauté for 3–5 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and sear for 5–7 minutes until tender. Pour in the leftover marinade and simmer for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat, garnish with black pepper and fried garlic chips, and serve hot over steamed rice.
