- Season fish fillets with salt, pepper, and preferred spices. Heat oil in a skillet and cook fish for 5-7 minutes on each side until opaque. Flake the fish into pieces.
- Blend chipotle peppers and cream in a blender until smooth. Adjust heat as desired. Set aside.
- Lay a tortilla flat, add flaked fish and drizzle with chipotle sauce. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in greased baking dish. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
