  3. Add horseradish sauce, Dijon mustard, chili sauce, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Gently crumble the lean ground beef into the bowl and blend until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan, shaping it snugly. Smooth the top with a spatula and spread ketchup on top.
  6. Bake for approximately 55 minutes, until golden-brown and internal temperature reaches 150-155°F.
  7. Remove from oven and rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
