- Prep the Baking Sheet: Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté Onions: In a skillet, add olive oil over medium heat, toss in the onions, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Mix Meatloaf Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, sautéed onions, eggs, garlic, ketchup, parsley, Panko breadcrumbs, milk, salt, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the Meatloaf: Turn the mixture onto the baking sheet and form into a loaf shape approximately 8x4x3 inches.
- Bake the Meatloaf: Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes until the top is browned.
- Prepare the Glaze: Mix ketchup, white vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl until combined.
- Add the Glaze: After 40 minutes, remove from oven, spread the glaze over the meatloaf, and bake for an additional 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Rest and Slice: Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
