Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat until bubbly. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add shrimp and stir occasionally for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the pot and set aside.
  3. Add corn to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Pour in broth and add Cajun seasoning. Bring to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and return cooked shrimp to the pot. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Taste for seasoning, adding salt, pepper, or hot sauce if desired. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
