Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add thawed shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and cream.
  5. In a bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Grease a baking dish, pour in the pasta mixture, and top with remaining cheeses and optional red pepper flakes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
