Method
 

Steps

  5. Sauté onions with beef for 3-4 minutes, add garlic and paprika and cook for another minute.
  6. In a greased baking dish, layer the roasted potatoes, then the beef mixture, and top with cheese.

  8. Let the dish rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
