Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cream cheese, crab meat, shrimp, green onions, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and slice it into triangle pieces.
- Fill each dough triangle with a tablespoon of filling and roll from the wide end to the point, sealing edges.
- Beat the egg and brush the tops of each rolled bomb.
- Place the stuffed bombs on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
