Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shrimp cleaned and chopped
  • 6 oz Canned Crab Meat drained well
  • 2 stalks Green Onions sliced
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese sharp cheddar or mozzarella
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
Dough
  • 1 can Crescent Roll Dough ready-made
Finish
  • 1 egg Egg for brushing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, crab meat, shrimp, green onions, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and slice it into triangle pieces.
  4. Fill each dough triangle with a tablespoon of filling and roll from the wide end to the point, sealing edges.
  5. Beat the egg and brush the tops of each rolled bomb.
  6. Place the stuffed bombs on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
