Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add 1 pound of peeled shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn opaque and firm.
  4. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and stir to coat shrimp.
  5. Spread the shrimp mixture evenly across the flatbread.
  6. Sprinkle fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
  7. Bake the assembled flatbread in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Drizzle with chili oil before slicing and serving.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing and enjoy warm.
