Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean the cremini mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems. Place the caps cavity-side-up on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and mix until combined.
  3. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the prepared filling, ensuring they are well-stuffed.
  4. Drizzle the stuffed mushrooms with more olive oil and bake for 18-22 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes. Serve warm.
