- In a skillet over medium heat, add cooked ground beef and taco seasoning. Sauté for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Arrange mini phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet, spaced evenly.
- Fill each phyllo cup with the seasoned beef mixture, filling just to the rim.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and sliced black olives over the filled cups.
- Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and phyllo edges are lightly golden.
