Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Whisk vigorously until the honey is fully dissolved, resulting in a smooth marinade. Set aside some of the marinade for a basting sauce later on.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes, then add them to the prepared marinade. Toss the chicken pieces gently to ensure every piece is well-coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Once marinated, preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and thread the pieces onto wooden or metal skewers.
- Preheat your grill or broiler for about 10 minutes until it reaches a consistent medium-high temperature.
- Carefully place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade halfway through.
- Once cooked through, remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
For a deeper flavor, marinate your chicken for 1-2 hours; even just 15 minutes can work if you're in a rush.
