Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Prepare your baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough to about ¼ inch thick. Transfer to your baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet. Add thinly sliced baby potatoes and sauté for 5–7 minutes. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, heat another tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté chopped asparagus for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the pizza dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
  6. Layer sautéed potatoes and asparagus over the ricotta. Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh thyme.
  7. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and lemon zest across the pizza.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from oven, drizzle with olive oil, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve.
