- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet.
- Sear the steak on both sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the steak and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes, bring to a simmer.
- Return the steak to the skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked to desired doneness.
- Serve hot with sauce poured over the steak.
