Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine gochujang, neutral oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, rice vinegar, and kosher salt in a mixing bowl. Add chicken pieces, ensuring each is thoroughly coated in the marinade. Cover and marinate.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425ºF (220ºC), preparing your baking tray.
  3. Remove marinated chicken from the fridge and arrange in the baking tray for optimal heat circulation.
  4. Roast chicken for 25 to 40 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165ºF (74ºC), skin should turn golden brown.
  5. Mix additional gochujang, honey, and sesame oil for glaze. Brush generously on chicken and broil for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with optional garnishes like chopped green onions. Serve with lime wedges.
