Preparation Steps
- In two jars, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, almond butter, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla Greek yogurt. Stir thoroughly until well combined.
- Wash and slice fresh strawberries into thin pieces. Distribute them evenly into each jar, stirring gently.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 30–45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
- Whisk the melted white chocolate mixture with additional yogurt until smooth and combined. Spoon over the oats in each jar.
- Seal each jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to soak overnight.
- In the morning, remove jars from the refrigerator, stir gently and enjoy chilled. Optionally top with more fresh strawberries.
