  • 1 cup Rolled Oats steel-cut can also be used
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds contributes omega-3 fatty acids
  • 2 tablespoons Almond Butter adds creaminess and healthy fats
  • 1 cup Milk (or Almond Milk) any plant-based milk works
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup honey or agave nectar can be substituted
  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt regular or dairy-free yogurt alternatives
Fresh Topping
  • 1 cup Strawberries can substitute with blueberries or raspberries
  • 1/4 cup White Chocolate Chips dark chocolate chips can be used for richer flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil can use butter in a pinch

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In two jars, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, almond butter, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla Greek yogurt. Stir thoroughly until well combined.

  2. Wash and slice fresh strawberries into thin pieces. Distribute them evenly into each jar, stirring gently.

  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 30–45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.

  4. Whisk the melted white chocolate mixture with additional yogurt until smooth and combined. Spoon over the oats in each jar.

  5. Seal each jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to soak overnight.

  6. In the morning, remove jars from the refrigerator, stir gently and enjoy chilled. Optionally top with more fresh strawberries.
