Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Stir together until blended, then pour in melted butter and mix until coated.
  3. Spread the pretzel mixture evenly on the baking sheet, bake for 8–10 minutes until golden, and let cool completely.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth, then gently fold in Cool Whip and chill.
  5. Just before serving, fold in sliced strawberries and half of the cooled pretzel crunch. Reserve remaining crunch for topping.
