- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- Cream together 1 cup of unsalted butter and 1 cup of sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add in 2 large eggs and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- Slowly add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, mixing until just combined. Fold in 1 ½ cups of diced strawberries.
