  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice Lemon juice can be used as a substitute
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Can substitute with agave syrup or omit for sugar-free
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice Freshly squeezed preferred

  • 1 cup Club Soda Can substitute with ginger beer or sparkling water
Garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Flaky Salt For rimming the glass

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare your glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it in flaky salt. Fill halfway with ice.
  2. Blend fresh strawberries in a blender until smooth, set aside.
  3. In a shaker filled with ice, combine blended strawberries, lime juice, honey, and orange juice. Shake for 15-20 seconds until chilled.
  4. Pour the strawberry-lime mixture into the prepared glass and top with club soda, leaving some space at the top.
  5. Garnish with a slice of fresh strawberry or lime wedge and serve immediately.
