Preparation Steps
- Cook and shred the chicken, or use store-bought shredded chicken. Place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Chop the sun-dried tomatoes, finely dice the celery and red onion, and add them to the mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth. Add basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
