- Marinate the chicken by combining it with honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a zip-top bag. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 24 hours.
- Prepare the skewers by alternating threading the marinated chicken and fresh pineapple onto the skewers, adding optional vegetables as desired.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F to 450°F.
- Grill the skewers for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken reaches 165°F and the pineapple is charred.
