Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken by combining it with honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a zip-top bag. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 24 hours.
  2. Prepare the skewers by alternating threading the marinated chicken and fresh pineapple onto the skewers, adding optional vegetables as desired.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F to 450°F.
  4. Grill the skewers for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken reaches 165°F and the pineapple is charred.
  5. Remove from the grill, let rest for a couple of minutes, then serve on a platter, optionally drizzling with reserved marinade.
