Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the finely crushed salted pretzels, beaten egg, melted salted butter, and honey. Stir until evenly coated. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese and lemon juice until smooth. Slowly pour in the heavy cream and beat until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the honey and lemon zest.
  4. Once the crust is completely cooled, spread the mascarpone mixture evenly over the top. Layer sliced strawberries over the mascarpone and drizzle additional honey if desired. Add chamomile flowers for garnish.
