- Prep the strawberry powder by processing fresh strawberries into a fine powder or using pre-made dried strawberry powder.
- Mix strawberry powder with powdered sugar in a bowl and stir well.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over the Rice Chex or Corn Chex and fold gently to coat.
- Transfer to a gallon freezer bag, add the strawberry-sugar mixture, seal tightly and shake to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
