Prep Marinade

Chop Veggies
- Wash and chop bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and cherry tomatoes into 1-inch pieces.
Marinate
- Place chopped veggies in the bowl with the marinade. Toss gently and cover with plastic wrap. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat Grill
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F.
Grill Veggies
