  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Add shrimp to the marinade, tossing gently until coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F / 204°C).
  5. Thread marinated shrimp onto soaked skewers, leaving space between each shrimp.
  6. Lightly oil grill grates, then grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  7. Remove from grill and serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions.
