- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic. Whisk until well blended.
- Add shrimp to the marinade, tossing gently until coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F / 204°C).
- Thread marinated shrimp onto soaked skewers, leaving space between each shrimp.
- Lightly oil grill grates, then grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
