Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, granulated sugar, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper until smooth.

  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake bacon on parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-17 minutes until crispy.
