Step-by-Step Instructions for Tomato Burrata Pasta
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook your favorite pasta shape according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes for al dente.
- While the pasta cooks, rinse and chop the tomatoes and mince the garlic.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Add tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Drain the pasta and reserve a cup of water. Transfer the pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce.
- Tear burrata into pieces and fold into the pasta. Add fresh basil and red pepper flakes, tossing gently.
- Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
