  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust based on taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary Use fresh for more flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Coconut aminos can be a substitute.
  • 2 pounds Steak Ribeye, sirloin, or preferred cuts.

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • Zip-top Bag
  • grill

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, black pepper, salt, dried rosemary, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until blended.
  2. Place the steak in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it's fully coated. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 6 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to high heat (450°F to 500°F). Remove the steak from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Discard remaining marinade.
  4. Grill the steak for approximately 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, checking for an internal temperature of 130-135°F.
  5. Transfer the grilled steak to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve.
