- In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, black pepper, salt, dried rosemary, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until blended.
- Place the steak in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it's fully coated. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 6 hours.
- Preheat the grill to high heat (450°F to 500°F). Remove the steak from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Discard remaining marinade.
