For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Mayonnaise Can substitute with vegan sour cream or cashew yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup Can substitute sugar for sweetness
  • 1 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook Vegan Burgers: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the vegan burgers, breaking them into small pieces until browned, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  2. Prepare the Onions: Dice half a small onion and soak in cold water for 10 minutes to mellow the taste.
  3. Chop the Pickles: Chop dill pickles into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Make the Dressing: In a mixing bowl, combine vegan mayonnaise, white vinegar, mustard, ketchup, dill pickle relish, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
