- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even cooking.
- Crumble firm tofu in a large mixing bowl, and add plant-based milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and combined.
- Fold in diced bell peppers and chopped onions into the tofu mixture for added color and flavor.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread half of the frozen tater tots evenly across the bottom.
- Pour the creamy tofu and vegetable mixture over the first layer of tater tots and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining tater tots, pressing down gently for adhesion.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped fresh herbs before serving.
