Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spring mix salad greens and butter lettuce, gently tossing to mix them well.
  2. Carefully transfer the mixed greens onto a large serving platter or divide them into individual bowls.
  3. Sprinkle the candied pecans or pistachios evenly over the salad, followed by the soaked red onion and thinly sliced watermelon radish.
  4. Gently layer the sliced avocados onto the salad, following the strawberries and blueberries.
  5. Gently fold in the pomegranate arils among the other toppings.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of your assembled salad.
  7. Just before serving, drizzle the creamy pomegranate dressing over the salad.
