- Marinate the chicken by whisking together olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add cubed chicken, lemon zest, juice, and minced garlic. Toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Prepare the yogurt dip by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, and chopped dill until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, approximately 5–10 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers with space between pieces. Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove skewers from grill and let rest for a couple of minutes. Serve hot alongside yogurt dip.
